I recently had my
car in for body work and was very impressed with the service and
help I received from your staff. They were very cool, friendly, and straight
forward. They got right to the point but never made me feel rushed. I
really felt they were looking out for me, making sure I got what I
deserved as the customer. You made sure I was happy and did all you
could to make sure the job was done in a way I'd be satisfied with.

On
October 9, I
dropped of my 2005 Chevy Tahoe at your business for front-end
repair. I was immediately greeted at your front counter with a
smile. I explained to you what had taken place and sought your assistance.
Immediately and without having to have me wait, you were able to
assist me with my vehicle and getting the appropriate paper work
started.
I did pick up my
car yesterday. The rental car was returned (direct billed to
my insurance company). I think the only remaining items is to get
the supplemental check to you as soon as possible, and I really want to
take this opportunity to say "thank you" for all your help
throughout this process. Car problems are never pleasant and having
an accident layered on top of it makes it even more troublesome. I
truly appreciated your assistance especially when we came down to
the wire with time and people pressures. Your immediate response and
readiness to call on your respective
colleagues to get the job done was most appreciated. Though there
were "moments" that were frustrating, it did help me regain my
confidence when you stepped in and took the reins. I felt better
knowing that I wasn't just working with professionals but truly
people who cared and believed in servicing with excellence. Please
extend my sincere thanks to all your colleagues who were involved
and took the same level of interest to support me during this time
of need. The
